Order Processing

All POSTER orders are fulfilled and shipped through Gelato, our trusted print-on-demand partner. Once you place your order, it will be automatically sent to production.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping Time:

    • Domestic (depending on destination): 3–10 business days

    • International: 5–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated times and may vary due to factors such as customs delays, local postal services, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the print facility used. We aim to produce and ship your order from the facility closest to you to reduce both cost and carbon footprint.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These are determined by your country’s regulations and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for any such charges.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Since all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.

We Accept Returns/Refunds Only If:

  1. The item arrived damaged or defective.

  2. You received the wrong design, size, or print.

If this happens:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at madebyarvz@gmail.com

  • Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description.

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our posters are made on demand, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind)

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Color differences due to monitor or screen settings

🧾 Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
